Elk Co., PA (WJAC) — State police in Elk County have charged a Bellefonte man with various sex crimes after police discovered a video of him sexually assaulting a young boy, according to a criminal complaint. Troopers say Christopher Dinger, 31, faces a slew of sex-related charges including child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual assault and child endangerment, according to online court documents. Investigators say in April of 2020, troopers received a CyberTipline report in regards to a video that showed an adult man sexually assaulting a young boy while the child is sleeping.
